We want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your new purchase and if you are not completely satisfied, you may return the merchandise within 30 days from the date received for a full refund. To receive a full refund, the returned merchandise must be in new, unworn condition with all tags attached and accompanied by the original packaging. Merchandise showing signs of wear may not be returned. All helmet, airbag and clearance sales are final. Shipping and handling fees will not be reimbursed; if you qualified for Free Shipping during checkout, we will deduct our original shipping fees from your overall refund.
Refunds will be made to the original form of payment for all returns, including items received as gifts. If your order was purchased with a card you no longer have, please Contact Us. Refunds will be processed within 24-48 hours of receipt of returned merchandise. Please note that the length of time it takes for the credit to post to your credit card account solely depends on your credit card provider.
We highly recommend you obtain a tracking number for the shipment. Please ensure the returning merchandise are properly packaged. Any items damaged during shipping due to improper packaging will not be qualified for a full refund. Packages shipped COD will not be accepted.
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees, duties and taxes associated with the return shipment. International returns delivered with unpaid fees will not be accepted. International shipping fees are not refundable.
Please Contact Us for a Return Authorization Number (RA #) and return instruction. Please ensure the RA # is clearly displayed on the returning package. Returns without an RA # will not be accepted. A confirmation e-mail will be sent once your return is received and processed. Beach Moto is not responsible for returns lost during shipment.
